We were delighted to take part in the national celebration of Creative Schools Week which ran from 9th – 13th May 2022. The theme for this year was ‘Creativity Lives Here’, celebrates the many ways that creativity happens every day, in every school across the curriculum. As part of the celebration we invited Konor Halpin to the school to provide Circus Skills workshops to all the pupils. The children had an opportunity to engage with multiple new skills including plate spinning, juggling and much much more. Konor’s use of music added to the atmosphere. The smiles and laughter were infectious and there was lovely energy around the school. Many thanks to the Parents Council for funding this creative experience for the school.
