Lá Glas, or “Green Day,” was celebrated in style at St. Brigid’s NS this year, as students and teachers alike embraced the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day by wearing green.
The highlight of the day was the assembly, where each class performed Irish poetry, traditional songs, drama and lively music. The students proudly showcased their knowledge of Irish culture and the Irish language through their performances.
By the end of the day, everyone was full of excitement for the St. Patrick’s Day celebrations over the weekend.
