The end of year school mass was celebrated today in St. Andrew’s Church at 10am after a three absence due to Covid. As Fr. Declan mentioned in his homily while it was a mass of thanksgiving and celebration, it’s tinged with sadness as we say goodbye to our 6th Class boys who move on to Colaiste Aindru and Presentation De La Salle in September. They’ve worked well and have made some good friendships over their five years in St. Brigid’s. All the staff wish them the best in the next chapter of their school life.
Many thanks to Mrs Felix and all the musicians for their contribution to the mass. Well done to all who took part in the Mass: the readers, altar servers, the boys who brought up the gifts and to all the boys who sang so well.
