We are delighted to share an exciting new initiative at our school — the Wellbeing Ambassadors Programme!
Wellbeing Ambassadors promote positive interactions, friendship, and overall wellbeing throughout our school community. A group of 12 enthusiastic students from across the senior classes put themselves forward for this important role. Each of them has completed special training With Jenny our Wellbeing Practitioner to prepare for the responsibility of being a Wellbeing Ambassador.
Throughout the week, our Wellbeing Ambassadors take turns on WA duty during break times. They are easy to spot in their colourful lanyards and friendly smiles! Their role is to help everyone feel included, help others, and to spread kindness on the yard.
One lovely initiative they have introduced is the Kindness Cards. These cards are given out to students who show acts of great kindness to others. Whether it’s helping a friend, including someone in a game, or offering a kind word, our Ambassadors are always on the lookout for these heartwarming moments.
We are so proud of our Wellbeing Ambassadors for leading by example and helping to make our school a more welcoming and supportive place for everyone.
